Claudia Ansorena

principal & co-founder 

Claudia Ansorena is a Cuban-American designer, artist, and educator. She is a co-founder of Resolver Studio, a design practice based in Chicago that embraces architecture as the backdrop of everyday life. With a focus on care, context, and consciousness, Claudia’s work and research span a range of scales and media, from intimate objects to expansive urban ensembles. 

 

Claudia has taught at the University of Miami, 

Florida Atlantic University, and the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Rogelio Cadena

principal & co-founder 

Rogelio Cadena is an experienced designer and urbanist specializing in residential multi-family construction and renovation. His body of research focuses on reimagining and 

activating Chicago’s Boulevard system, the topic of his award-winning thesis ‘How Are “We” Living?’  

 

He is currently a Visiting Assistant Professor of Architecture and the Jeanne and John Rowe Fellow at the Illinois Institute of Technology. He has previously taught at the University of Miami, Florida Atlantic University, and the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
